Born in Florence in 1987
Graduated summa cum laude in Law from the University of Florence in 2011 (thesis in International Tax Law on “The tax treatment of inbound dividends from foreign companies”), she has been a honorary fellow in Tax Law since 2013 at the School of Law of the University of Florence.
Admitted to the bar in 2014, she has been practicing law at the Florence Bar since 2017, the year she obtained her PhD in Business and Law from the University of Brescia/Bergamo with a dissertation on Aggressive Tax Planning and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Having always aspired to become a civil-law notary, she mainly engages in extrajudicial activities with a primary focus on foreign clients, both corporate and private.
