Notaries

Born in Florence in 1971.

He graduated with honors in Law from the University of Florence in 1995 (thesis in Commercial Law titled "Privatizations and Golden Share: the Italian Approach"). Since 1996 he has been a teaching assistant in Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Florence. He qualified as a lawyer in 1999 and obtained a PhD in Commercial Law from Bocconi University in Milan in May 2002. He has served as a Notary since 2003, with his office in Florence.

He lectures in Commercial Law at the Cino da Pistoia Notarial School in Florence (since the 2004/2005 academic year) and at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of Florence (since the 2002/2003 academic year). He also teaches Corporate Law in various Master's programs (Ipsoa Training School – Wolters Kluwer Italia S.r.l., Eutekne) and frequently participates as a speaker at conferences on corporate law.

He has served as member or coordinator of several institutional bodies, including: Coordinator of the Corporate Law Observatory of the Notarial Council of Florence since its establishment in 2008; Member of the Business Law Study Commission of the National Council of Notaries since 2007; Honorary Member of the Scientific and Cultural Observatory of the Union of Italian Historic Enterprises.

He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the journal "Rivista del Notariato".

He is the author of numerous publications in the field of corporate law, including articles and case notes published in leading journals (Giurisprudenza commerciale, Rivista delle società, Rivista del notariato), studies for the National Council of Notaries (Non-proportional allocation of shareholdings in capital companies; Contributions in kind in capital companies and sworn valuation reports; Remote shareholders' meetings), and contributions to collective works (Il collegio sindacale, le nuove regole, Milan, 2007; SRL: practice, cases and crisis, Milan, 2009; Notarial guidelines on corporate law: four comparative experiences, Milan, 2009; Essays in honour of Giancarlo Laurini, Turin, 2015; Guidelines of the Corporate Law Observatory of the Notarial Council of Florence, Milan, 2016).

He acts as legal consultant for industrial and financial groups, including listed companies, and also serves as an arbitrator.

I was born in the Florentine countryside in November 1986 and I have always aspired to become a Notary.

Among my most cherished memories are the day I received the news that I had passed the written examinations of the notarial competition and, more than a year later, the day of the oral examinations.

After graduating in Law in 2011 from the University of Florence with a thesis in Commercial Law titled “Merger Leveraged Buy-Out – Merger following acquisition financed by debt: Article 2501-bis of the Italian Civil Code”, I began preparing for the notarial competition. After completing my legal traineeship, I also passed the Bar Examination and in 2016 I enrolled with the Florence Bar Association, where I remained registered until 2018.

I am currently a Notary in Florence, following my first appointment in Empoli, to which I remain strongly connected.

Born in Bagno a Ripoli on 13 May 1985.

After graduating with honors in Law from the University of Florence in 2010 (thesis in Private Law titled “Wrongful death damages: reflections and practical issues”), he immediately began the professional training and studies that led him to pass the Bar Examination in 2013. He practiced as a lawyer from 2017 to 2024 and was registered with the Florence Bar Association during that period. In 2024 he successfully passed the national notarial competition announced by Director General Decree of 3 December 2019.

He has been registered as a Notary in the United Notarial Districts of Florence, Pistoia and Prato since 18 June 2024 and currently practices in Prato.
